The event was first held in August 1711 by Queen Anne and today the five-day meeting boasts prize money of over £5 million.

Royal Ascot corporate hospitality is unparalleled as you might expect from an event that hosts royalty and aristocrats from around the world.

Why not take your opportunity to treat a business contact, supplier, client or directors to exceptional racing in the most lavish surroundings with the best food and drink on offer?

They’ll appreciate you spending time and effort on their enjoyment and this should help to build relationships and secure future business. The small investment that you make here will produce long lasting positive results.

There are hospitality packages to suit every budget and if you prefer a bespoke arrangement please talk to a leading horse racing events specialist like DTB Sports and Events.

There are four enclosures:

Queen Anne – Mix with the crowds. Close to the runners and riders.

Village – A new area with a unique view of racing and the royal procession.

Windsor – Close to the royal procession and the final straight.

Royal – This enclosure is by invitation only so you can’t enjoy Royal Ascot corporate hospitality here.
